ConnectVirginia’s Governing Body approved the creation of ConnectVirginia HIE, Inc. to take over Virginia’s statewide health information exchange operations. ConnectVirginia HIE, Inc. will be a non-profit, non-stock, and non-member corporation served by a Board of Directors going forward.
